My first visit was actually a good experience. As I am uncomfortable "going to the doctor" (due to past experiences that were not favorable), the nurse and the doctor were comfortable with whom to explain my concerns. They (and the x-ray tech) made the experience much easier than anticipated. They were all very amiable and professional. At the end of the appointment, I earnestly appreciated that Dr. Williams reviewed my x-rays, concerns, and talked through a bunch of options (and potential implications of each) for my next steps towards recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Williams as a sports med physician.
