I was so nervous and apprehensive for my appt but Melisa, Erin’s assistant was super friendly and Erin was also super friendly and easy to talk to. There was a problem with finding a vein in my arm to take blood so Melisa called her supervisor to help, instead of poking around and causing pain. Fantastic appt and I have no apprehension about going back!
