Dr Mack believes the combination of pharmacological and non pharmacological remedies increases the chances of optimal mental health. Dr. Mack has training in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness based therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy. Dr. Mack delivers patient centered care and philosophy is to meet the patient "where they are at”. Dr. Mack has experience in a harm reduction approach to care, overall improving patient outcomes. Dr. Mack will be able to deliver tele psych care in the comfort of your home. The sessions are done over a HIPPA compliance secured site.
