Erin designs a nutrition/diet program tailored to her patients needs. I have been seeing her regularly for 3 years and have had great success losing weight and maintaining weight loss. She is supportive and encouraging and has helped me more than on other weight loss plan.

I'm Erin Spitzberg. I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Nutritionist with a Master's in Nutrition from New York University.
I created Nutrition By Design with the idea that each person is unique and requires a specific nutrition action plan that is solely based on their particular needs. Taken into consideration are lifestyle, health, medical conditions as well as personal food preferences. Taking the time to meet with the individual on a one-to-one basis and learn about their personal needs is the first step in developing a nutrition action plan.
Expecting lifestyle changes are only as good as the instruction and the tools provided.
