i didnt get any call before or at the time of my appointment nor my appointment was schedule with doctor, in short i was in lot of cold cough and pain but my whole day after wait was gone with no result as my virtual appointment didnt conduct by doctor even after calling to office they didnt help me

I know it is difficult to assess someone’s symptoms via telemedicine, but I felt very understood and was appreciative of the manner in which my appointment was handled today. I would go for in-person visits if offered. My concerns were addressed and follow up steps were provided in case my symptoms become worse. Highly recommend this care.

The doctor provided me with a medication (Adderall) that is no longer available because the production is less than the demand. I told the doctor that I had issues getting it before. The doctor said that it is now available and the pharmacy asked for an alternative, and the doctor didn’t respond. I contacted them, and they want me to have a consultation with a different doctor next Thursday.
Also, the doctor that I had the appointment with was very short-coming.

From video visit being a one minute phone call. No prior dx noted and insurance denials. Then received a bill of mg insurance not covering visit. Even though it was asked and verified prior to visit.
Worst experience with a bill and no treatment.
No effort on medication authorization.

I loved James and will definitely be going back for any primary needs. They listened to my concerns, asked questions and provided me with all the information I needed. I went in for a sick visit, and with my results not being in by Friday, they checked in on them on a weekend when they were off, reached out to me right away and got me the medication needed. They’ve continued to stay in contact to see how things are going, and I’m so pleased I found James!
