I enjoy the opportunity to provide solace to my patients. I also enjoy diverse interactions with patients from different backgrounds and cultures.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
A primary care physician should be able to play the role of a quarterback in navigating and coordinating patient care. A primary care physician should also be able to advocate for his/her patients.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
I grew up in Maryland, USA. I enjoy traveling, hiking and tennis. I also enjoy watching fictional TV shows and movies.
