Dr. Ogiste is a great and very thorough doctor. She has a very soft voice that puts you at ease. Her staff on the other hand could be improved. Front desk staff is not professional and they come off as rude.

My experience at Dr. Ogiste's office was extremely poor. When I was seen by the technician prior to seeing her, she came into the office (unbeknownst to me, because she did not introduce herself at all, she just came into the room) and began discussing with him unrelated manners while we was trying to do my exam. The technician complained that my eye's were not dilating properly and put so many drops in eye, which I have never needed before. I had to come to the technician twice to ask why I had been waiting for over an hour to see Dr. Ogister and he told me that she was doing paperwork. Are you serious? I told him that she should find a time to do paperwork when she does not have a client scheduled. I had seen her up until this point just walking around the office, not engaging in client care whatsoever. By the time she saw me, I spent all of 5 minutes with her. My initial reason for coming was to get a prescription for contact lenses, which she told me this visit was not for and I would have to come back for two additional visits. One visit for additional testing, and another visit for contact lenses. Needless to say, after a two hour visit that was extremely unpleasant and accomplished absolutely nothing, I will never go back. Her office continues to call and send me e-mails but I had zero desire to return as customer service is vital. I should not have to spend two hours for a routine appointment that should take under an hour because you as a doctor have terrible time management and cannot prioritize. Horrible.

Waited almost 2 hours before being seen by a technician. Care given was good, but the wait was unacceptable. Arrived for 10:30 appt at 10:20AM, did not leave office until 1:45PM
The wait time on a Saturday was horrendous. I've actually never waited that long even in the DMV. By the time we got through the exams w the assistants and saw the doctor it was almost 4 hours later. They seem to have everyone come in the morning and overbook while juggling all the patients. Dr Ogiste was very good with our son but I'm hesitant to sit through that again. And we have to go back again in 6 weeks. I'd wholeheartedly recommend this office but the wait is just not professional.
