“The appointment was long but that's in the information from the provider, they recommend two hours, my appointment took about an hour and 45 minutes. That being said, there was very little wait time, almost all of this was spent in thorough examinations and imaging. The doctor was clear in the diagnostics, even asking for a follow-up scan then and there to be absolutely certain he was easing my worries. I felt like I could ask any questions I needed to and he wasn't going to run out the door. During my exams, Kwame and Eileen were both fantastic. They clearly communicated what they were doing and why and were friendly throughout. Eileen especially listened to my concerns and very carefully told me what each test was for and what my results indicated. I went in very nervous and uninformed and left feeling like all of my questions were answered and I knew exactly where I stood with my health. I would absolutely go back here. ”

Excellent 10/10, will be going back

Really crowded, poor wait time, after a lengthy check in process the doctor dismissed my chronic challenge and sent me on my way with no real assistance or longterm solution just “keep doing what you’re doing!” even tho I complained of a chronic gland issue
The overall experience was great: They were all very nice and efficient. The visit was quick but thorough. The doctor was very friendly as well as very professional, explaining everything in detail with a smile, which does help. This will become my go to doctor's office.

This clinic offers exceptional care, using state-of-the-art technology, in a welcoming, clean environment. The staff were attentive, clear communicators who left me feeling confident in my eye health. I recommend them to anyone seeking top-tier vision care.
Verified patient
Provider does not communicate with patient when exam might feel uncomfortable while he pokes around the eye. Vague on prognosis but wants me to see him in 4-6 weeks for reevaluation. Nope. Going for second opinion.
Very happy with my visit, which was booked with pretty short notice. Staff was very friendly and efficient in a busy medical office. Thorough battery of tests, exam, and diagnosis of my issue. Doctor Sorenson thoroughly explained the situation and best approach to address it. He was the third doctor I saw regarding this issue and the only one I have confidence in. Recommended practice for any eye problems you might experience.

Over the course of my visit, I interacted with four different clinicians (ranging from nurses or med techs, to Dr. Sorenson). The clinicians were consistently efficient, very polite, had read my chart before starting into questions, and showed that they cared what I had to say or ask. This gave me confidence and also put me at ease and made me feel like a valued customer. The clerical staff up front and on the phone were somewhat less pleasant and more self-righteous about their routines than they needed to be. However, the eye doctor's office is not a restaurant nor a hotel, and I'm not there for hospitality. What matters to me and warrants all five stars for this review, is that I get a timely appointment and good clinical care. That I did.
Dr. Sorenson has a great demeanor. I’m usually a bit worried when I see him but he always puts me at ease. Addresses all of my questions. I never feel rushed.

I’ve been to several others and this is the best practice for retinal issues that I have found. I have been with them over 8 years.
Wonderful doctors and staff

The first person I was seen by was JoJo who was instantly likable and friendly. Dr. Sorenson introduced himself by his first name, which I thought was very down to earth and set us off to a good start. Dr. Klein also conducted a procedure on me and he made it fun and friendly. The visit was very comprehensive and I was introduced to equipment I'd never seen before. Doctor Sorenson even reviewed photos of my eyes with me in a clear and concise manner, which I don't think has ever happened before. The entire team made me feel very welcome. I left feeling grateful and knowing I made the right choice, just by chance and I'd certainly recommend them.
