I've seen Dr. Hoffman twice, but unfortunately won't be returning. She prescribed me three medications, but the pharmacy only received one. Therefore the next day I called the office at 11:30am for it to be sent and I was told the doctor wasn't in but the message will be given. I called back a second time at 2:33pm to follow up and I was told she was with patients and hadn't retrieve her messages. So I asked if I can get a call back once the prescription is sent and the receptionist said no because she doesn't know how long it would take; What receptionist can't do that?! Finally, I called a third time at 5:54pm and was told the doctor still hadn't retrieve her messages! How is that possible?? This is just not acceptable- the office isn't that busy!

Friendly, respectful and welcoming staff. Wait time was faster than i expected. Dr. Hoffman will listen to you, ask you questions,and provide you with helpful advice. Yes, I would book another appointment.
