Because I heard ahead about the wait time I arrived early, which was around 2:20p for a 3pm appt. This gave me time to fill out all my forms and ask my questions. I was seen at 3pm. I was there for a Skin Screening which was quick. Dr.Novick was great- knowledgeable, professional, and helpful!

Awesome Doctor! I had problems with my belly button and I was cured after the 1st visit. She really wants to help to patients, not like most of the doctors who just think about making extra "greens".

I started to feel like they forgot about me, or at least they did not find me an important patient. I had my first skin screening and did not know what to expect, so I was already nervous. I arrived early and ended up waiting almost and extra hour and a half, I was going to walk out but the receptionist just took me back and set me in a room. I don't know if they forgot about me, skipped me or was just super busy. Many people came after me and left so I started to get frustrated. I finally got to see the doctor and she was kind, she checked me over and that was that, all in all I waited for two hours to see this doctor for about 15 mins.

Will never come back to this office! The doctor spends with you less then 7 min and for that you need to wait more then 2 hours. I was a patient of this office for 2 years now and I sill have acne and nothing is helping me from this doctors' medication. Good luck to you, but I will never come back!

My visit with Dr Novice was very good. She listened to my concerns and advised me on a course of action.
One of Dr Novick's front line receptionist, however, could be a lot more friendly and welcoming. I guess she was in charge because she was the one barking at people entering and loudly chastising them for not having the proper forms. Upon entering the office no one said hello, may I help you. Without even hardly looking up someone gruffly said take a clip board and fill out the forms.
Dr Novick ' bedside manner is excellent, too bad the growling receptionist doesn't follow her lead!

I LOVE going to her for my acne problems :) Most of my acne cleared up and I am satisfied! Highly recommend but wait time is horrible sometimes. Worth it though, to me!

Probably my 4th or 5th visit and i just love her! i was 15 mins late yet only waited about 12 minutes to see the doctor since she already had my information on file. Very quick and effecient! friendly staff who make doctor visits more fun than they should be ??. My doctor for life.

Dr Novick was very nice, she maintained a great level of professionalism through out my visit with her however the wait time was ridiculously long. I had to wait at least 2 hrs before I was seen. The assignment(the one with the glasses) was rather loud, unprofessional and obnoxious. The office is situated inside a house so the waiting are is that of a living room space and this lady yells, practically screams when talking to the customers. I personally won't revisit Dr Novick unless they found a way to cut down on the wait time and if she and her husband who both practice out of the same office replaced that obnoxious lady or at least speak with her and let her know she's the cause of them losing patients.
