Dr. Eugene L. De La Cruz is a Board Certified Podiatric Foot and Ankle Specialist at Oasis.
He has practiced extensively for over 20 years and has board certifications in Foot Surgery as well as Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. In addition, he is a Fellow for the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and has previously served as a member of the surgical residency faculty staff with the Podiatric Medicine and Surgery program at the Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. He served as a physician board member with the Minnesota State Board of Podiatric Medicine for 14 years.
Dr De La Cruz is inspired to give back to his fellow rising podiatric physicians through lecturing, authoring numerous publications, and consulting. His commitment to staying current with the latest procedures and practices is well exhibited through continuous attendance of podiatric workshops and courses.
He has been involved in charitable efforts such as his participation in surgical mission trips to the Philippines in 2000, 2003, and 2008. In these missions he volunteered to provide surgical care to some of the most destitute communities who have little to no access to health care. He has taken part in an annual foot and screening event known to the Minneapolis community as “Soles 4 Souls” where shoes were donated and distributed to the local homeless.
Some of his interests include cycling, running, music, scuba diving, traveling, cheering on the Rutgers University Scarlet Knights, and spending time with his beautiful wife Lisa and their daughters Payton and Arielle.

This was a quick experience, went in for an ingrown toenail. OMG, do I hate needles, when I looked at the length of that thin needle I felt the pain in my toes and the shot want even given yet, ??. But he assured me that it was not going to be that bad, he was right.
Front desk are very polite and patience. Office is very clean and the wait time was not to bad. Very good services

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I could get in to see Dr. DelaCruz. The wait was short. He was extremely personable, professional & competent. He took care of my foot issue and in 2 weeks I was back to normal!
