Very nice waiting room, but my wait was only 5 Minutes. Dr. Loo spent time explaining my condition and treatment options and gave me my 1st treatment on the 1st visit! What could have been an uncomfortable procedure(injection), I barely felt a thing.

Dr. Loo was great again. He set clear expectations what to expect back in November 2017. Another minor (mostly painless) procedure today to finish what the other podiatrist messed up. Great bedside manner and easy to talk to.

Great. Dr Loo spent quality time with me and listened to all my concerns. It was refreshing not rushed through an appointment and actually have a doctor listen to my concerns and what I’m experiencing. He didn’t try to push treatmentsand is approaching the many symptoms I’m experiencing in a logical and methodical approach and explain why.

Amazing experience ! I have seen two other doctors and I always left feeling like they were not getting it... there missing something. They just want to give out shots. With Dr Loo, it was so comfortable and easy to expresswhat I have been going through for two years.. I ended up getting two plant base injection . So far all is great and scheduling surgery tomorrow... He was that great.....

I waited less than 5 minutes to be walked back to the exam room and I saw Dr. Loo within minutes after his medical assistant went over my history and desire for the appointment today. Dr. Loo spent time with meand discussed my symptoms, various treatment options, and what may have caused my symptoms. He spent at least 45 minutes with me and I appreciate being treated like a person and valued patient, not a number. I look forward to keeping Dr. Loo as my new podiatrist.

I took my son to Dr Loo because he had a small fracture in this 2nd toe. At that point my son was able to play soccer and the pain had gone(he was healing). However Dr Loo told us that thefracture was in the growing plate and that was why his advice was to wear the boot for a fast healing. My son wore a big boot and now is having issues with muscle pains , 3 weeks in therapy and has not been able to go back to where he was when he arrived to his office. A doctor should not take the use of a boot so lightly and much less lie to a consumer exposing an 11 year old to limp, muscle pains, etc. We go to the doctor bc we believe in his judgement which I do not. I believe this is just a money making business.

The online appointment booking did not work but the office was still able to accommodate seeing my daughter. We did not see Dr. Loo but his colleague Dr. Doyle who was just awesome. My daughter has a fear of needles andlooses her cool when there's even talk of them. He was so understanding, extremely patient and kind with her. He was all around fantastic with her and worked quickly as soon as she calmed down.
