He graduated from University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in 1966, he interned at Geisinger Memorial Medical Center, and completed a residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.

He is an accredited member of the American Board of Dermatology and an American Academy of Dermatology Fellow.
Dr. Lepine currently owns and spearheads Rock Hill Dermatology Center and is one of the most renowned dermatologists in South Carolina. He accepts several types of health insurance to financially assist all of his patients.
