Zocdoc asked for pics of insurance cards , personal information as expected. Right after I submitted I was asked fill out another form which ask for essentially the same thing. Then I get in the office for the appointment and they asked me to fill out more forms that asked a ridiculous amount of info about me that wasn’t relevant to the reason for the visit . As I was leaving. So it wasn’t necessary for the visit. Nosey

Highly recommend! Staff was all very nice and friendly, and the office itself is gorgeous and well-kept. The only con I’d say is CAPS’s parking lot is a bit cramped.

The nurse who took me back was informative and pleasant. Dr. Wetli came in with a positive presence and also introduced me to the resident that was following her that day. She was very good at explaining the process of a skin check and also listened to other concerns I had with my skin. She was great at educating me and also the resident with her! I left my appointment feeling like I had a plan and what to expect next. The office was very clean and timely with my care without making me feel like I was being rushed through. Will definitely be going back and would recommend this office and Dr. Wetli based off of my experience!

Doctor Wetli was very nice and more than willing to listen to all my thoughts about my skin, the products I use, and anything else. She spent about 25 minutes with me reviewing some medical history, current concerns/needs, and She clearly communicated her proposed treatment plan and appropriately altered anything that didn’t work for me. Looking forward to working with her as she is helping treat a medical issue and working with me to slowly build a skin regiment to help keep my skin as healthy as possible:)

The Doctor was nice and fine, but the office is really hoity-toity. I felt really uncomfortable and like I didn’t belong there. I wanted the doctor to do an evaluation of my skin and help me with personalized a skincare routine, but it was very generic and I didn’t feel like my concerns were appropriately addressed. I felt as though I could have gotten the same care/recommendations from my PCP, not a specialist. I won’t be back, unfortunately.

Just ok. Seems like a typical dermatology problem where they don’t really want to spend a lot of time with you. She was basically out the door when asking if I had any other questions.

Don't waste your time, they tell you that they accept your insurance when in fact they suddenly don't when you get there. They should have known when I told them what my insurance was whether they covered or not before scheduling me

The staff were so friendly and the practitioners actually listened to my concerns. I've been dismissed by other skin cancer screening doctors before because of my age and anxious nature but Jaclyn took her time and removed some spots for concern. Removal was gentle and is already mostly healed a week later. Still waiting on test results but I feel confident that I am in good hands.
