I thought I was going to have a good experience but, left disappointed. The nurse was so sweet, when it came to the doctor it was the opposite. She first of all said my name wrong, when I tried to correct her she proceeded to just interrogate me. I say Interrogate because I would tell her my symptoms and she would ask me two more times like if I was lying. She wouldn’t even look at me when speaking, just kept typing on her computer. I had mentioned to the nurse that I wanted to get blood work done, since I suffer from PCOS; I was denied by the doctor for no reason and told me I would have to make an appointment for that specific request. Overall I wouldn’t go back to that specific doctor ever again.

She was gentle but the way she did my pap smear was rough. Her assistants' attitude was cold from the beginning and it was pretty awkward that she had two of her assistants in the exam room and stared at me the whole process...Never had this kind of experience before.

Excellent. We were seen immediately despite being significantly delayed by traffic. Dr. Lee was friendly and took the time to fully explain everything to both my Korean wife (in Korean) and myself in English, discussed various options, and established a treatment plan we were all satisfied with. Would definitely see again.

Quite disappointment in the treatment I got during my visit.
In my 30s now and never had regular doctor visits. I wanted to be more knowledgeable about my health and be more proactive about things. I didn't want to have an emergency room visit one day and find out something devastating.
During my visit, I told her about joint pain and back pain. She basically said they're "normal pain". She didn't really give more info than that. Didn't suggest any tests. Didn't recommend much other than "it'll go away."
Being billed hundreds for the less than 5 minutes of "just deal with it" type advice just isn't satisfactory.

She was waaaaay to rough with my well woman’s exam. I have never experienced someone so rough in my years getting these exams done.

It was overall good experience, no major complains but to be honest & in spirit on constructive feedback, I just had a small inconvenience, the zocdoc forms weren't accepted at office due to some system glitch. I believe it must be temporary issue and you might have fix it already to prevent any such future occurrence. You may also improve on wait time especially in instances of online form submission by getting better at it's estimation and in case of exceptions you may consider texting patient about delay. Thanks :)
