Waited forever to be seen. Seemed unorganized and unprofessional. Disregarded my concerns and didn’t express a clear treatment plan. Asked me what I wanted to do, I don’t know what to do which is why i came to her. Waste of time. Not what i expected. If you just want medication she will do that.

Worst experience ever. Do not recommend. Staff is unprofessional. They lost my passport, luckily another patient was kind enough to call to let me know she somehow became in possession of it. Eunice is absolutely ok with you going off medications whereas she refuses to refil something as simple as Zoloft. No care or compassion here. Don’t waste your time. Move on.

I found the receptionists to be quaint and friendly. I was a bit taken aback by the amount of paperwork I had to fill out upon arrival but it seemed to help the process go by quicker. The entire facility was spotless and smelled wonderful showing me that they paid great attention to detail. Eunice is a lovely woman who provides you with her undivided attention. I felt comfortable speaking with her. She is skilled at gathering information & getting an understanding of who you are & what care you need. I believe that she is proficient at what she does and will provide quality treatment and service to whomever enters.

The Wait time concern really is a concern after reading the reviews and prior to my appointment. However, staff assisted as best as they could as the office is a busy one. Eunice was very attentive, extremely patience, and really knowledgeable of my medicines and understood my current treatment.

Dr. Eunice is the best! I have been to quite a few psychiatrists and was less than happy with their treatment plan for me. Dr. U is the best psychiatrist I have ever seen. Most psychiatrists from the past have always rushed through my appointments. They would only spend 5, MAYBE 10 minutes with me. Dr. U spent 45 minutes with me listening and really understanding what I was going through. She is awesome and I am so happy to have found her.

This was my first visit to Dr. Ugochukwu and this practice. She was very compassionate, understanding, knowledgable, and attentive. I did not wait for long. I was there early to fill out new patient paperwork was called back just about on time. The nurse who called me back took care of blood pressure and such right away and Dr. Ugochukwu was available within 5 minutes. She really listened to me and did not rush the appointment at all. I will be glad to see her again for my next appointment. I think one appointment isn't enough to decide if I would recommend someone, but I can say that I had a very positive experience.

Upon arrival, I realized that my insurance was not accepted. I decided to pay out of pocket since I had already taken time off of work and arranged to bring my son to this appointment.
