He seemed like an excellent doctor but the waiting time was ridiculous. I'll have to try another time to see if it was just a one-time thing that I waited close to an hour to see the doctor.

Dr Laing is a very friendly guy, and nonjudgemental. The only thing I would suggest is that he step a few steps backward when talking to patients because he was literally right in my face and it made me feel kind of anxious. Overall the staff was helpful and friendly as well. I would recommend him.

Once I was seen, Dr. Laing was quick and thorough. He had a first year medical student with him whom he introduced and clearly stated her purpose for accompanying him during my visit. The only hiccup was that the appointment time I selected on ZocDoc was not actually available and due to meetings, I had missed the voicemail from Dr. Laing's front desk staff asking me to reschedule. As a result, my wait at the office was likely longer than average. However, I had to fill out all new forms since I was traveling and not a regular patient (or even from the area) so it wasn't a big deal that I was not seen immediately since I needed time to fill out all the paperwork.
