Dr. Roxas-Butlig is a wonderful doctor. I interviewed 3 pediatricians when I was pregnant 9 years ago. They all looked great on paper, but Dr. Roxas-Butlig won by far in person. She has been caring for my son (8) and daughter (6) since then.
She is sincere, maintains current knowledge of pediatric practices, she educates parents freely (and gently), she listens, and she cares for kids with the parents' desires in mind. Her beside manner with kids and babies is excellent.
I can hardly believe it's been 8 plus years, and I'll be bringing my kids to Dr. Evangeline Roxas-Butlig for as long as she will have us! She comes from a family of doctors, so if her brother is anything like she is, after my kids outgrow pediatrics, well probably be knocking on his door! Oh, and the staff is also very friendly with lots of smiles. I appreciate that.

The doctor office rejected my 3 days old baby for his check-up. I explained them that he is under mom's insurance during the first 30 months but they did not accept. Her staff is the worst. She was the pediatrician for my older daughter as well. I won't come back.

Doctor is the best!
The staff is very UNFRIENDLY and are not much help! CARMENA was suppose to call back once approved and nothing! Two months went by and no call. I call to check on status and CARMENA puts me on hold for 45 minutes I eventually hung up she didn't bother calling back to give me an answer! I call again the following day and they keep me on hold for 10 minutes I hang up call again! I ask for the manager she said sure hold on (5 minute hold) I hang up call again Daniella answers I ask for manger again and turns out manager is not even in the office!
Spoke to Daniela she did tell me the authorization was approved! I asked the date of approval and she did not tell me she said it didn't show (that's a lie) every note on the computer has a date once entered in the computer

It was horrible. I literally waited 2.5 HOURS to see the dr, and I walked out before they could give my kids their vaccinations because I had to get to work. The waiting room was full of people, and there were several PA's and nurses available. I have never been so disappointed with a dr's office. Terribly, terribly managed.
