Was very nervous to get a new doctor after changing insurance. I have anxiety and mistrust of doctors, but Dr. Mitchell was great and listened to me patiently. She seemed very well informed and to care much more about my experience than many other practitioners I have seen. She offered more options for pain and anxiety management, and was thoughtful and supportive rather than judgemental. This was my first visit and I look forward to going back.

I would go back. I am new to the city, so finding a new doctor is always challenging. But Doctor Mitchell and her staff, and students were amazing listeners who embodies compassion. Having that compassion meant the most, and then to have solutions./suggestions on what to do next was very helpful. I'm happy I came here.

I was generally satisfied, but they didn’t inform me prior to booking that an intern might be present throughout the visit. Since this was my first time with this doctor, I felt a little awkward sharing private information openly when I did not expect another person to be in the room. Other than that, she was quick, pleasant and thorough with a nice demeanor.

Dr. Mitchell was very kind and patient! Did not feel rushed during the appointment and made sure to check if I had any questions or if I was unsure of any procedures. The nurse and Dr. Mitchell also checked with me before doing any procedures in case costs were to come out of pocket.
