Great experience! Logged into Zocdoc made appointment same day. The front staff was very nice and quick. My appointment was for 1 and at 1:05 I'm in the back getting treated. DR. Savin was great. He took the time to listen and then explained his assessment and the next step. I was having some pretty bad anxiety about some heart problems I'm having and DR. Savin help put me at ease.

Dr. Savin appeared caring and nice and I figured if he had good ZocDoc reviews, he must be trustworthy. However, I asked if all of my visits were covered under my preventative care insurance and that I would have no out of pocket cost. The front desk confirmed this. However, I received a large bill for my visit. I was charged for imaging procedures and outpatient care outside of my preventative insurance. I called and the doctor told me I had a heart murmur.. which I was never notified of.. and that one of tests was not preventative. I was never informed and when I called in, the doctor cursed at me and told me he would send me to collections. He said "what do you think im going to pay this for you"? Steer clear, this guy is really a mean spirited man with below average English skills-- and I only say this because communication is very important with understanding your health.

I tried to speak but my concerns were not listened to. I felt very taken advantage of with all the unnecessary procedures that this doctor recommended. This office treated me very unfairly when they were unwilling the release the results of a simple blood test by phone.

Dr. Savin and his staff are amazing. So friendly and professional. I really appreciated Dr. Savin's thorough approach and he also was willing to take into consideration my feelings and opinions in the diagnosis and treatment of my ailment. When I mentioned I preferred to avoid taking antibiotics unless absolutely necessary he completely understood my concerns and discussed my options carefully with me. I really enjoyed Dr. Savin and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a general practitioner.

Very thorough! It reminded me of old fashioned doctors who used to make family calls when I was a kid. They will check all your stats if you are a first time patient.
Only snag is if your insurance is picky, be sure to separate annual check up items from diagnosis as it can get expensive.

He takes too long to come. They do urine test and EKG on all new patients. He gave me antibiotics for sore throat without taking a strep test. He also didn't give me a diflucan with it so now I will get a yeast infection. He also told me to get a chest X-Ray and didn't take my temperature. I do not think I would go back. The search continues for a primary care in scottsdale.

Dr. Savin has always been "caring" and attentive (no rush at all!!). He has diagnosed and treated in timely manner! (before critical). Always returning phone calls a.s.a.p. Entire staff is capable & knowledgeable!!

Every time I come to Dr. Savin's I feel so welcomed and everyone is so nice and respectful to me. I love coming to my appointments mostly because of the great attitudes but also because they are so resourceful and know exactly what they're doing.

Dr. Savin is such a great doctor who will explain everything so you understand. All staff in the office are very helpful and pleasant. A very good thing in this office is always opened on Saturdays so if you are working during a week you still can have appointment with your doctor without asking a day off at work.

Office is very clean & easily to be found. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Front desk is very professional and helpful with all paperwork and setting up appointments and future referrals. Doctor Savin is very pleasant and patient with his patients in the room and listens very carefully to all of patients concerns.
