Rachel is literally the best primary care provider. She's incredibly thorough with check-ups and follows up so genuinely. She also has the most gentle touch with IV. Plus she's just absolute sunshine!

Very prompt, no waiting time! She took time to explain not only my current condition but the treatment process and its benefits in the way that was easy to understand. I esp. appreciated how clearly she outlined my responsibilities in my own care and what she can do on her end to help. She was very knowledgeable and highly professional. I felt informed and well cared for throughout my visit.

She takes time with me for every visit, whether it's an annual well exam or a sick visit. She is caring and always happy to see me. I drive 30 minutes to see her, and she is worth it.
