She logged in early bc I was in waiting room early which was good. She also listened to my symptoms and was thorough with the diagnosis she asked questions about my illness which helped her clarify my exact situation so the medication that I required was the right antibiotic for my infection. There was a glitch with the prescription getting to the pharmacy but the Drs phone number directly to her personal line she answered was provided in case of any issues with the appointment or pharmacy. I contacted the doctor twice about the script not being at the pharmacy she did reassure me that she sent it and no error message was rejected The pharmacy was closed once I was able to call dr again she said she would be in touch first thing when they open at 10a.m to talk to pharmacy & make sure my script is there & ready to pick up first thing. Dr apologized to me for the issue & said as soon as she was off the phone with the pharmacy she will call me to update me on the prescription confirmation

Fantastic experience. Very compassionate. Keeping her as our PCP. Using Zocdoc, saw her within hours on a Friday night. This followed a lot of frustration trying to make appointments with other drs allegedly in my network. Very highly recommended.
