The provider never logged in to the video visit, even after a 30 minute wait. I was unable to reach anyone by phone, either.

Didn’t listen to anything I was saying and even laughed when I suggested something that I turned out to have. No medications to actually help were offered just over the counter meds- I have pneumonia and actually got the help I needed elsewhere before it got too bad.

I haven’t been this upset in a long time. The doctor sent me a form before my appointment that I had signed and sent back. I waited for over two hours in agonizing pain for her not only not show up but to not be notified. It was then too late for me to go to any minute clinic to get the antibiotics needed for my ear infection. Very unprofessional & irresponsible. I hope this doctor never has to go through the pain I did for the past 24 hours. Honestly makes me hesitant to even use doc doc again, I don’t believe she should be allowed to use the platform going forward.
