He graduated with honors from both the University of Houston (GO COOGS !) and from the American University of Antigua College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at MIHS in Phoenix, AZ. As an experienced primary care physician he knows there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all cure, so his goal is to tailor your care to your needs. On my annual health exam, what stood out the most for me with Dr. Fakhri was his full attention on wanting to know all of my health concerns. He explained the process on how to approach them if anything arises from my annual health exams. Great experience overall and will continue my primary healthcare with Dr. Fakhri.

This guy was his own receptionist, he was unorganized and when I told him my symptoms and what I had taken already, he said to me I've already taken everything. LOL. He suggested an over the counter medicine that has nothing to do with my symptoms. I'm more disappointed I was led to him because of his rating on Zoc Doc. So misleading and inaccurate. He also didn't smell the freshest. Not cool

I booked an appointment last minute, but they were able to take me in right away. The office was clean and in an easy to access location. Parking was not an issue since the center has its own lot. Dr. Kalolwala took the time to explain my treatment plan and clear directions to take care of my health. I would recommend visiting his office.

Dr. Kalolwala was very friendly and the office was extremely clean. This was my first visit here after changing from my old pcp, but I don’t expect it to be my last. The wait was nonexistent once I filled in the proper paperwork to get started, and once typical vitals were taken he was ready almost instantly.

I very much appreciated Dr. Kalolwala as my primary care physician. He was very informative and explained everything thoroughly. He also followed up with testing results, prescriptions and next steps on multiple occasions with me - I felt so much more educated & reassured after his treatment.
