During my first appointment with this provider, I waited almost 3 hours to see the doctor!!!! I came in a little earlier than I was scheduled in case I needed to fill out any paperwork, and to (hopefully) get a headstart on things. There was only one patient ahead of me and she was attended 5 mins after I arrived (who knows how long she had been waiting). This is a small doctor's office but they don't seem to follow COVID protocol. The receptionist was not wearing a mask, the doctor didn't wear a mask, no dividers on seats to ensure social distancing. (For reference, this occurred a few weeks before vaccines being rolled out to everyone and CDC mask updates). This was a little off especially seeing how strict most doctor's offices and hospitals have been. All my information was inputted incorrectly. It seems they didn't fix the issue after addressing it, because my insurance couldn't verify anything and they sent me a bill in the mail.
As far as the doctor, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. Perhaps my experience would've been a lot more positive if his office was a little more organized.

I would highly recommend this doctor. Doctor and staff were very charismatic and professional attending to my needs. I did wait slightly more than I expected but, doctor apologized the inconvenience. He took his time with me and was open to listening my concerns as well as addressing them. Very happy with my visit with him.

Everything was nice until they had to take my blood, the lady was not very efficient and tried taking my blood from both arm with no success. End up having to get refund for the lab test and getting an appointment in a professional lab, cause this lady was just not making me feel good and I left lightheaded. Also the office was extremely cold which made even worse the experience with the blood taking.

I was in the waiting room for almost 2 hours even though I had an appointment, I was charged for my school physical forms which he filled out incorrectly, and was charged a lab fee for labs that were not ordered correctly. I find myself having to spend more money and time correcting his errors.

The wait was over an hour and 1/2 and I was one of two patients.
I asked for no blood work but it was told to be done then was charged extra from my co-pay already paid.
Couldn’t administer medicine so must pick it up and find where to do this or make another appointment at the office.

I was looking for a Primary Care doctor and I’m glad I chose Dr. Marquez, thus far. I had a virtual meeting, although I visited his office as well. I felt that he listened intently to my concerns and addressed them appropriately. His staff was very nice and accommodating. I will be meeting him next week in person. Thanks to the reviews I read I was able to make my decision; therefore, I’m paying the favor forward.

The best doctor I have been to I such a long time. He takes his time to talk with you about what is going on and treats you according to your individual concerns. You won’t feel like just a number like in most other places. His wife also works in the office and she is lovely. Staff are very helpful and the office has a nice homey feel. I never never never write reviews but the service was outstanding and I felt compelled to share my experience. I’m hoping to help someone that isn’t sure what doc to pic. I don’t know how else to say this....
This is by far, the BEST decision you will make if you’re looking for a new doctor. Dr. Marquez and his team are amazing. They’re friendly, attentive, and REALLY care about your needs, not just getting you out of the door.
NOTE: I gave two stars for the wait time for complete transparency. HOWEVER, this is ONLY because they are staggering visits to limit the number of people in the office. DO NOT let this discourage you, it is worth the wait!
(They are normally on a 10-30 min wait time, as with most offices.)
