I welcome you to my practice and hope to create a partnership that will last for many years. My goal is to take my time in order to get to know each patient as an individual and treat them as if they were members of my own family.
Urology is unique in many aspects. It is a diverse surgical specialty and early adopter of many cutting-edge technologies such as the daVinci® robot. However, what makes urology the most satisfying specialty is the combination of surgical procedures with a rich office component that allows continuity of care. I'm a firm believer of a relaxed and comforting practice in order to create a sense of trust. Most urological conditions bring out sensitive issues that require honest two way discussions without fear of embarrassment.
Treatment is not just about a disease but how the disease affects that person's life. Each patient has a unique circumstance. I take my time to learn more about my patients and to tailor a specific treatment plan that works best for them.
Dr. Nowzari enjoys outdoor activities and community work in his spare time.

The office was rundown and felt like a dirty closet. From the office and environment alone, I will not be returning. In addition to that, I filled out all of my information prior and still had to fill out multiple forms. The redundancy made no sense. They took me in 30 minutes after my appointment time and I go there 20 minutes early as recommended.

I had a great experience with my first virtual doctor's appointment with Dr. Nowzari. He was available on time and listened to me very patiently while I explained my issues. He was soft-spoken and answered all my questions earnestly. He explained probable causes and suggested approaches. Would definitely recommend.

The initial consultation is both required and depending on your insurance, you'll have to pay out of pocket for it (this is relevant to first time users, which is why I've included it) I would not have accepted had there been notice of the both required and expensive first time patient fee attached to a consultation that was simply a verbal consent of the magnitude of the procedure [vasectomy]. Yes, I am well aware of the repercussions of this decision, thank you for reminding me once more.

He is a good doctor. The problem was he asked me to do blood tests and ultrasound imaging. I did them. However, the Doctor office says we have not received the results back and the Labs says we sent the results to your doctor. I was charged for couple of thousand dollars for these tests and left without any treatments. Disappointed!

I arrived about 30 minutes early due to an overestimation of LA traffic, and Dr. Nowzari saw me within 10 minutes of arriving. I was caught by surprise at the end of the visit they do not accept credit or debit cards, so bring a checkbook or cash. I never carry cash and haven't written a check in years, but they were understanding and told me I could take care of the co-pay next visit!

My husband liked Dr. Nowzari! He was kind, his bedside manner was great and he was very informative. He understood that my husband is trying to get things done quickly and for deadline purposes and has set him up to get procedures done ASAP. Overall, my husband was very pleased to have seen Dr.Nowzari.
