Dr. Rabinovich is one of the best doctors I have ever received care from she is patient kind caring and down to earth. I can’t imagine going to another doctor. She has saved my husbands life because of her professionalism and following protocol of all routine assessments. I am a EMT for the Fire Department for New York City thanks for taking time to see my opinion of a wonderful and compassionate professional like Dr. Faye Rabinovich.

I didn't feel very comfortable. People who arrived after I did, were taken care of before me. The reception area seemed like they were all over the place. The doctor seemed busy with something else while I was being attended. I didn't really feel all too welcome and not to mention I felt really sick and I just wanted to be in bed.

My visit was amazing. Dr. Rabinovich listened to ALL my concern, without rushing me. Referred me to a few specialists to be able to further evaluate me. I am very glad I made her my pcp.

Dr. Rabinovich Office is the most disorganized office I've ever been to. The wait time is unbearable , there is no seating in their office, Which is always crowded .
The secretaries don't seem to know what they are doing, they treat you like they are in a complete rush.
They make up appointment date for you ,that you have never set up your self.
If you need a referral from the doctor it's like pulling teeth.
I do not recommend this doctor at all... save yourself The time and the frustration.
They do not keep up-to-date with there Zocdoc application.
So don't even make an appointment through this app.
They don't look at it .

I would recommend her to everyone, High professional, detailed, attentive, she is spending time with patient as much as needed. No rush, very calm and polite. When I called her for refilled medicine I need, she was not in the office at that moment. Front desk girl passed her my message- she reacted right away. She called to drug store immediately and I had my medicine.
I had many doctors before- but finally I found the right one!

Dr. Rabinovich and her staff are meticulous, orderly and extremely polite. She takes her time considering causes and drivers for a "bigger picture" approach, goes into details, does not rush and listens a and looks at longer term follow-ups for things like respiratory infections and acute bronchitis. I am already feeling much better two days after her treatment.
It was such a different environment to experience an organized front office and session with a general practitioner that I am now considering switching to her as my future primary doctor
