Very good very friendly psychiatrist, felt comfortable speaking with her. As someone in the medical field, I appreciate that she isn’t quick to push medications on people and cares about your experiences on medications prescribed. Only had one appointment so far, but I’d definitely recommend her.

Dr. Felecia Garner helps children, adolescents, and young adults with mental and behavioral health challenges as they journey through development. Dr. Garner also works with adults who feel like they’re silently struggling while navigating family, relationships, and career responsibilities. Her treatment modalities can include medication management, supportive psychotherapy, and motivational coaching to empower patients to become their best advocate. Dr. Garner is a compassionate psychiatrist who uses empathy, openness, and discernment when caring for patients. She chose a career in psychiatry because she has always had a curiosity about the human condition. Dr. Garner completed her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship and general psychiatry residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She enjoys all aspects of nature, from snow-capped mountains to a tropical beach paradise. Dr. Garner most appreciates the nature that surrounds her every day.
