Dr. Temistocles explained every little detail I need to know about what's going on with the chronic pain I'm having on my left shoulder, elbow and left neck/upper back pain. I feel very satisfied on the next step, getting a MRI and then see what's next, the good thing is he prescribed the exact dose to relief pain in the meantime the MRI is done.

He was very argumentative. He tried to convince me that no one in his office told me that I could get the pain medication I was already receiving form another provider. I informed him that I would not have made the trip if I was not told so.
I had to leave after a long trip for nothing

I went to the office for an appt, sat in the room for 2 hours, never told the doctor was not in, however a nurse practitioner was covering taking the initial consultation notes. Told doctor was his other location in White Plains. I asked to make arrangements to see me there ASAP, they sent me there directly. Office there who is shared with another doctor is was A DEPLORABLE environment. The waiting was extremely full. Receptionist rude, told me to sign, move over and not bother. I tried talking to her, she rudley shusshed me off. (understand that its the other doctors receptionist). Dr. Fenar's assistant, Melisa was professional and did the best she could with the conditions presented. Due to the inconvenience we had at Dr. Fenars main office, we were taken right away. But sat in a room, where the assistant was, people coming in and out, as Dr. Fenar who was talking and discussing procedure in bits and pieces. He tried to be professional and apologized, by saying he just covers there one day a week, however he kept explaining quickly, and left for the room for extended periods of time. After trying to ask questions and calm my fears and inquries, was told.. are you going to do the procedure or not. Explained to him do not rush, as i waited patiently, had great inconvenience, wasted pratically my day between his two offices.I explained to him, that based on the office conditions and his rushing between due to the overwhelming people at the white plains location, he would loose me as a patient, as I was not comfortable, nore did I feel the environment was conducive to being treated medically. Dr. Fenar may be a good and reputable doctor, however I did not receive the attention I deserved or treatment in which I was there to visit with him.
