Dr. Arteaga earned a B.S. from Northeastern University in Engineering, and continued on to graduate with honors from the Pennsylvania College Of Optometry. He has been actively practicing in the Philadelphia area for over 13 years. Dr. Arteaga has a vast amount of experience in all areas of optometry including: general consultations/exams, contact lens fittings, and initial consultations regarding refractive surgery.
Dr. Arteaga is available for eye exams, expert fitting of soft, hard, and gas permeable contact lenses.
He is also an active member of the Pennsylvania Optometric Association, the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians, and the National Optometric Glaucoma Society.
