I had an eye appointment, received a prescription, and used that prescription to order glasses through a third party. When I received the glasses, I got headaches and found it hard to see things clearly from a distance. I checked my new prescription against my old one and the new one was “better” (my eyesight would have improved).
When I called to let the office know and ask for a refund, as they had given me an incorrect prescription, the person who answered the phone was very rude. They tried to tell me that it was my fault as an eye appointment involves me answering questions, and that it was the third party eye glasses provider’s fault.
