I made the appointment for 10 am, and i was call around 12:15 pm i asked one of the person in front desk and she told me that tgey serve the patience in arrival order thats the nly exponation she gave
It was really bad experience waiting almost 3 hrs idont recomend this Dr Office

I waited 3 hours to see the Doctor for 2 minutes. Doctor was very nice and professional/knowledgeable.
The office itself has horrible service, I called multiple times to get an answer on the cost of the procedure and I never got a response. I also booked an appt for a procedure and I was told I had an appointment at 8am, but it is first come first served, so I would be seen somewhere between 8am and 12pm. No thanks, I'll find a better practice!!

This place is so unorganized. They don't keep track of the patients that book appointments through zocdoc and they seem to prioritize walk-ins over appointments. I had an appointment at 1030 and I had been waiting for 2 hours. Patients that arrived after me were taken care of before I was even called. Overall disappointment.
