Re: I did receive a ZocDoc text & email message confirming appointment but never received a Zoom link for the Video appointment. I called the office directly they were great 10 minutes prior to get the Zoom link. There were issues with the video link. Thank you! V/R

It would be helpful to receive a call from a real person (not a robot) to confirm if I received the email with the appointment details and the pre-assessment. On the day of the appointment, I had to call the office to get the link to join, which caused me to join late. After the appointment, I checked my spam folder and found that I had received the email. I think the staff should follow up with patients who have not responded to the pre-assessment to make sure they are ready for the appointment.
