My only concern with today's visit my wait time. Appointment was 11:00 and was taking in 10:55 but waited in that room almost 1 hour this is first time this happened I'm sure they will do better next time

I have only positive things to say about dr. Rojas, she's a caring doctor and always takes time to listen to my concerns and helps finds a solution to whatever problem I may have health wise. I'm so happy I finally found a doctor who cares about her patients! And very helpful!

Check In was quick and simple, Mario personally walked to me to give me my receipt which was nice. Karen was super sweet and courteous, and Dra Rojas was personable and gave me exactly the care that I needed, as Always. As an OH employee myself, I value customer service, and as I care for my patients it's nice to be treated the same when I become the patient. Which is exactly how I feel in this office. Thank you Dr. Rojas for being so kind and taking your time with me for my first new patient appointment. I havent had a PCP for a few years and had a lot of questions an things I wanted to speak on. I feel very safe, and I feel that every time I come to any of the doctors, so and I mean in Orlando Health, they do care for me, and they actually listen to my problems and provide answers or at least help, so I can find answers to my problem so yes, I'm very happy to be in the Orlando Health to group so with all the doctors that I've seen so far. I have no complaints. I am very happy so thank you.
