Word of advice from someone with a crippling chronic illness, ALWAYS CALL THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE TO CONFIRM.
Trust me. Some of the neurons aren't firing over in ZocDoc HQ sometimes. Whether you have to take off work, get a babysitter or you are chronically ill...showing up for a confirmed appointment through ZocDoc does NOT mean the office got the appointment.

I've had a medium length condition that is getting worse, and it is making me quite anxious. The physician that came in first talked with me for a long time and took lots of notes, which was great. The doctor came in for a minute or two, told me a couple tests I should have, gave me two recommendations that directly contradicted why I was there in the first place, gave me a pain med prescription that I didn't want and showed me out. I get that doctors are busy people and that the verdict is out until I have the test results to discuss further, but she was obviously not giving me too much of her attention and it left a bad first impression.

I arrived twenty minutes early. About 20 minutes after my appointment time, they finally called me up to the front desk to fill out paperwork. I told them I already sent it through ZocDoc, she said it didn't matter. At an hour after my appointment I left because I had to get to work. I am in the business of working by appointments.

She was very compassionate about my concerns and listen to everything I had to say about my problem. It's really hard to find a doctor that takes my problem seriously. It was strange talking about it either she made it very comfortable to speak about.

The staff was wonderful. I was serviced with smiles. They had hot coffee in the lobby. The medical assist was very comforting to me. (I was nerve) She explained everything to me in detail. The Dr. Siddiqui was so so nice. She has a very calm spirit and she explained everything to me as well. I would recommend anyone to her. Keep up the great work.
