I had a 10am appointment and when I got to the office just before my appointment time, the office was locked and I could see through the window in the door that one was inside. I was not contacted about anyone running late or the office being closed today. I had to take off work to make this appointment since I travel so much for work, so today was a complete waste. When I called the number to the office, no one answered. When I called the provider over all the office locations, they too could not get in touch with anyone and apologized for the inconvenience but was unsure how long it would take to see if I could still be seen that day. I will now have to reschedule for some time next month because my availability is so limited due to work travel.
