“I had to make an appointment at the urgent care facility because my doctor was unable to see me today and I could not wwait until a later date to see someone. Overall the experience was great. The staff members I dealt with were very friendly and caring and made the whole experience as pleasant and comfortable as a visit to a doctor can be. All the tests and the exam were done quickly and I was very happy with the way they explained everything and listened to me and answered any questions I had. I would definitely return in the future if needed.”

Everyone in the office was pleasant but that could not overcome the fact that they were unable to take an xray. In addition they did not perform the exam that was put in their visit summary. It was far from thorough. Their method- if it sounds like a duck and looks like a duck it's a duck! No need for a hands on exam or xray!
