Our range of services and procedures include Botox, Xeomin and Dysport, Dermal Filler’s, Belotero, Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse as well as a new technology using Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP). Sculptra Aesthetic works to replace lost collagen. In the Radiofrequency world we offer EndyMed, Pelleve, and Thermage for Skin Tightening and Alma Accent for Body Sculpting and Cellulite. CoolSculpting is non-invasive way to gently and effectively reduce fat in targeted areas of your body using a cold delivery system called Cryolipolysis.
Mayoral Dermatology also offers many skin rejuvenation techniques such as Photodynamic Therapy, IPL Skin Rejuvenation and Ematrix, Pixel and EndyMed Fraxel for skin resurfacing. Laser Hair Removal treatment with the Gentle Yag system. The V-Beam laser is used for the removal of new stretch marks and redness. Sclerotherapy for the removal of spider veins.

Dr. Mayoral was upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic. She made me feel at ease and was very patient. By no means, did she try to upsell me with products or treatments, which is common with other dermatologists. Her staff was also wonderful. I wish every doctor's appointment was like this one.

I absolutely loved my visit today! The office is clean and modern, with a very spacious waiting area and nice layout all throughout. The staff are pleasant and keep you well informed of when you will be seen (something most of us surely appreciate!). I was seen by Dr. Mayoral and she was not only very knowledgeable but also patient and friendly. I did not feel rushed at any time, she took her time explaining what needed to be explained and she also listened to all my concerns. Also, I was not talked into buying the products they sell at their facility - something so many dermatologists do. I'm more than pleased after my first visit and would highly recommend Dr. Mayoral.

This was my second visit and I must say that, overall, it was better than the first. I only waited 10 min before I was called. My husband wanted a consultation with Dr. Mayoral and was able to see her without an appointment. He is going back tomorrow for treatment.

I particularly liked the fact that she did not push products for purchase made available to the patient at their office. I showed her the cream I use and told me it was perfectly fine. Other well know Dermatologists always sell, which makes me question their motive and their diagnosis.
