Dr. Massuda was very efficient, very firm in her diagnosis of my admittedly common problem. Her bedside manner is abrupt and not very inviting of questions. Not that she didn't answer them but she seemed impatient with my asking them before she was ready to tell me what she wanted to. She's not interested in being ingratiating. I recommend her for her very clear mastery; for some, her manner might take some getting used to. Having figured out her style, though, I'll definitely go back to her for return visits.

It was great. Was able to see her right away and she fixed the problem immediately in her office. Visit to urgent care resulted in sending me home because xrays showed nothing in my foot. While her xrays had same result, she went the extra mile and found it after making an incision. Foot was quite infected at this point.

Definitely no bedside manner and isn't very professional. Rather than to communicate with her patients she bosses them and or intimidates them. Also Dr. Massuda doesn't treat her staff very professionally either.

Quick & informative...right to the business at hand...I love that! I only went in for a counsultation so I will have to see what the next visit brings or what the results are once some work (if necessary) is done. Overall, it was one of the most positive visits to a dr's office that I have ever had.

I use to work in the medical transcription area at a hospital where Doctor Massuda was on staff and transcribed her operative reports. I know that she was a skilled physician in her field and very thorough. I know she is considered a difficult personality but if you want someone qualified to take care of you. She is the one!
