In all honesty, I don’t think this was the most helpful insole experience. I’ve had the same pair of insoles I wear in my shoes for more than 10 years and it is time for a new pair and I picked this office for the great reviews. But looking back, I kind of feel like I was pressured into signing on the line for an expensive pair of insoles without much context. I got to hold a singular sample pair, but they never explained the different kinds or much of the process. Now I’m waiting 5 weeks to go back and pick them up and praying they feel good on my feet otherwise I’m down a considerable amount of money. The way they presented the purchase to me, with or without insurance the cost would be similar and I was encouraged to put money down before seeing what the price would be with my insurance. Maybe that’s what it’s like everywhere and I should have shopped around, that just wasn’t what I was expecting. Kind folks at the office, but not sure I’d recommend to a friend.

Very disappointed. Used 1 hour away from work and $70 in Uber rides to find out the Dr didn’t have my appointment on his calendar - despite me getting several text confirmations. The staff blamed it on ZocDoc and started making excuses. Instead of attempting to squeeze me for what is minor toe nail issue, they told me they were booked full, despite it being the end of the day when I could have waited until after the last appointment to be seen. Ultimately no accountability to fix a problem that they created. No compensation for my time or hassle.

Everyone was friendly, made me feel comfortable. Doctor found ingrown toenail and fixed it, prescribed antibiotic as I am diabetic and so need to be careful of foot infections. He also scheduled me for a circulation test.
