I called for my test results and was left on hold for about 5-7 minutes the first time and was hung up on. Not to mention when I called I asked for my test results and was told that they had not been picked up.....But they never asked who I was????? Finally once hung up on I called back to be left on hold for another 10-15 minutes and was told "oh they are in but the doctor hasn't had a chance to look at them.....It has been almost a week......I think I will be cancelling my f/up appointment and going with another doctor....

Great visit, great doctor, very personable, caters to your needs. They informed me their wait times are usually much less and it was just an exception when i was there and they were very nice to me and considerate during the wait.
