Yay! I found my new dermotologist! Dr. Hernandez is very sweet and so is her staff. Also, their office is very efficient. I barely waited 5 min before being called back.

Was very impressed with everyone in this office. The front desk staff were very knowledgable. I was shocked by how fast I was brought back to the exam room. The doctor and her nurse were great. I've been looking for a new dermatologist for a while now and I finally found one today.

No new information; no innovative treatment suggestions for adult acne, and I know they’re out there. I got more information on webmd than I did from this doctor visit. She asked no questions about what medications or supplements I take, and no questions about what skin care products I use or their ingredients. Disappointing all around.

Doctor Hernandez was personable, professional, and perfunctory. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. The clinic staff were welcoming, efficient, and professional. I was very surprised to get a same day visit, and the process was seamless due to the ability to complete paperwork and bring it in. The only glitch was about the appointment time-after booking online the office sscheduler called to delay it by 30 minutes. No biggie.

Great experience. I requested an appointment for screening and consultation on Zocdoc and received a confirmation for an appointment the next day. They had all my insurance,history,etc...from the online questionnaire so didn't need to go through he usual clipboard forms routine and they called my name within 5 mins.
The Doctor and the staff were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
