I do appreciate the step by step approach, instead of compacting everything together at once. This prevents from overspending on unecessary tests. Dr. Tan is the best. He really takes time with my mother. He listens to her and he is sensitive to her conditions. He has helped my mother feel much better as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

It was a last minute visit and I have never had to wait that long before. I am assuming this is why the wait time was so long. I enjoy how calm and patient he is, I never feel rushed.

Dr. Tan was great. His front office staff is horrible though. I had a scheduled nine o’clock appointment and didn’t even pay a copay until over an hour after of waiting. They do not communicate with you at all. The dr seems to care about the patients. The front desk staff does not. I honestly would of probably had a quicker experience at a UMC.

Dr . Tan was really nice and helpful during my first visit with him. He is very knowledgable about the issues i'm facing and rather familiar with the other providers in the area to already know how I've been treated. Dr. Tan took about 45 min with me to go over my history and assist with promptly refilling my medications. Very pleased considering im not a fan of dr's, really.

It’s been difficult for me to find a doctor here in Vegas but I think I finally found a primary physician. I feel that Dr. Tan really listened to the issues I’m having and was very thorough with what I need to do prior to my follow up visit with him. Visited Dr. Tan today to establish care, since I haven't had a doctor in a couple of years ???? and I'm very pleased with my experience. The ladies in the front office were patient and helpful with my questions, and there was less than a ten minute wait between the time of my appointment and being seen.
Dr. Tan was a consummate professional, listened attentively to my concerns, and never made me feel as if my care wasn't a top priority. During check out, I was helped by Katrina and Jackie, who helped me with a list of local blood draw labs, and provided me with a follow up appointment reminder card. Everyone was very pleasant and I felt at ease walking out of the office, knowing that I was in good hands.

My visit with Dr Francis Tan and it was a Five Start experience. The staff was friendly, there was no wait time, and Dr. Tan was very thorough and an excellent listener. He asked and answered very appropriate questions. When I checked out with Sydney the receptionist, she went above and beyond helping me find locations for blood work and a Mammogram. I had been with the same Dr in Rochester New York for over 15 years and dreaded having to start up with a new Dr. The experience was wonderful.
