Paid for a telemed appointment with Andrea on 7/13/22, and as of 7/15/22 after two days of calling the front office and being assured that my prescription will be filled, it has yet to be filled. I called today and spoke with the receptionist, and was hung up on after she refused to schedule me another appointment with Andrea, stating she is on vacation, but told me prior that she is still accepting telemed. She then told me I could not talk to another doctor or the office manager, but that she would relay my message. She also refused to connect me with billing for a refund. I then told her I am reporting them to the medical board, and she proceeded to say, yeah, whatever, and hung up on me. Great service.
Update-
I drove in, the receptionist told me they are no open, I asked her if she is the one who hung up on me, she said, “Yes, I am. I said okay, I’ll just called the police for my refund. She literally said ok, go f*ck yourself.”
