I took my 4 yr old granddaughter, Hannah, in for a sick child visit. She had caught an upper respiratory infection from me and my husband while she was staying with us.. I was worried that she had pink eye as well and my daughter wanted her to be since she had had pink eye last year. I was able to book the appt online and fill out the paperwork online as well. I was able to upload her medical cards so that when I arrived at the office, check-in was very quick and easy and the wait was less than five minutes. We were the last appt of the day. The staff made Hannah feel calm and the fears of going to the doctor quickly subsided. She had a thorough exam. Was quickly diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection and conjunctivitis (pink eye). Prescriptions were phoned into the pharmacy so that made it a lot easier for me to pick them up with less waiting time. We were discharged in less than 20 minutes. Excellent staff, excellent care.

It was very nice to have people actually take the time to look at my out of state medical reports and doctor's notes. It was the first time since moving here that someone actually listened, didn't judge, or write you off as an addict, when in fact I am a Trauma patient who recently moved here. I'm between insurances, and ran out of my medications and they helped me when no one else would. I paid a very reasonable fee, was seen as soon as I booked an online appointment, and was not kept waiting long at all when I arrived for my appointment. The staff was way above my expectations and I highly recommend and appreciate their help and services.

Making the appointment through Zocdoc was a complete joke. Front desk didn’t want to hear anything about it and told me appointment or no appointment there were 18 people ahead of me. I walked out. Second time in a week. Never saw the doctor so no idea whether the treatment would’ve been satisfactory or not.

Everyone was very friendly and professional except the person taking the vitals before being seen. She was extremely unfriendly and tense. She wouldn't smile or interact with me at all. People are already tense having to come to the doctor, and she only makes things worse. I would say she was just having a bad day, but she has acted this way every time I go there. Very unpleasant and has a horrible attitude. Everyone else is great and the treatment I receive there is great. Either get rid of her or have her adjust her attitude. She gives a very bad impression of the place.

Everyone I interfaced with was polite and professional which included the front desk, med Tech, X-ray techs, and doctor. The paperwork was was also easy. I left feeling I was taken very good care of. I highly recommend going to Express Care instead of the hospital emergency room. I was in and out of the office in less than 75 minutes!

Pleasantly surprised. Made appt because my PCP was out of office today. Saw NP who was professional and competent. Intake nurse also professional. Office and treatment room meticulously clean. Very satisfied. Not sure zodoc info transferrred as I needed to repeat it on paper forms.

While the staff was friendly, it was not nearly enough to compensate for the horrible wait times. I made an appointment and was brought to another room within 10 minutes. The PA examined me soon after, but that is when the waiting began. The room was absolutely freezing. I never knew ears got goose bumps. I was just about to walk out when another lady came in to do my EKG. With urgent care I expect a wait, but I expected a little curtesy since I did bother to make an appointment.

I had an 1:am appointment. There were no other patients in the waiting room. The triage nurse was very rude and treated me like a nothing. No smile, no laughter, no personality. I waited over an hour to see the doc who was in the room less than 3 mins. Then after an xray, I waited another hour for the doc who was in the room less than 2 mins. Very bad experience.

Staff seemed board and unfriendly. Not one staff member washed their hands or used hand sanitizer, including M.D. No one introduced themselves, or wore name badges. Staff chewed gum.
Had inordinately long wait time for a one minute eval.
Definitely won't be back.

Temperature was taken with my hearing aids and read 100 here low-grade when leaving took to hearing aid out temperature was normal. Blood pressure cuff on machine didn't work girl admitted she couldn't use a manual No machine

Staff were professional. Office was very busy - as a new patient, I asked for paperwork on arrival and was told it would be done afterwards. Then after waiting a long time, we were called up and given the paperwork to complete, which seemed to bump us down the list as several people who arrived after us were taken in before us.
Dr. was OK, didn't say much, then left the room without telling us where he was going or why and never returned. Asst came in and gave us Rx and discharge papers.
In a word - adequate.
