“The staff members are friendly. My concerns were addressed and a personal plan was developed to-help me reach my wellness goals. It was comprehensive but the goals were clear and obtainable and practical.
I especially like the educational component of the plan. I have lost over 60 ponds. Something I thought could not happen as I had tried in the past to loose weight but was unsuccessful. I eat better and with their guidance have adopted new ways of eating and exercising.
I am motivated after each visit with their pep talks and encouragement. I hIghly recommend them. ”

At Mini Health Clinic, I am honored to serve as an Independent Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, bringing over a decade of diverse healthcare experience to the community I cherish. My journey into healthcare began at the University of Central Florida, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree, and continued at the University of South Florida, where I achieved my Master’s Degree in Nursing.
Throughout my career, I have been deeply drawn to preventative and lifestyle medicine, weight loss, and expanding access to care—fields that allow me to make a meaningful impact on my patients’ lives. These passions inspired the creation of Mini Health Clinic, a space dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals.
My greatest fulfillment comes from empowering patients to reclaim control over their health, embrace positive changes, and live their best lives. Every day, I am reminded of the importance of personalized care and the transformative power of health and wellness.
