Besides for the kinda long wait time, my visit was great. Next time I'll do an earlier appointment as the midday crowd began to pile up when I arrived. Staff was friendly and polite. Doctor Frantz was knowledgeable, friendly, extremely thorough, positive, and funny.
I'm looking forward to having him as my doctor. He also does gynecology so even better that I can do more at the same office. He is proactive and believes strongly in prevention so he is a great match for a person like me that wants to address problems before they possibly arise.

My appointment went well. There was almost no wait time at all. Dr.Saint-Louis has a good manner and makes the patient feel comfortable. He is not arrogant and brusque like some doctors. The office staff and the nurse were pleasant and attentive.

They don’t update their patents on tests and don’t update Zoc Doc. The office is now casually closed over the weekends even though their phone message clearly states they are open and zoc doc has appointments... common!

Doctor Frantz-Fils Saint Louis was very professional and seemed genuinely interested in caring for me, especially as a new patient. He asked various questions and conversed with me in general throughout my visit. He didn't seemed like he was rushing, even though the Doctors office was quite busy. He took his time with me and was patient and that what I was impressed with. Even the Doctors Assistant was AWESOME; he explained everything to me in detail. He also handled me with care and was gentle when he took my blood and was understanding to my disliking of needles. I believe I have found my Primary Care Doctor, and his name is Dr. Frantz Fils Saint-Louis.

The doctor was friendly. At times I felt they were marginalizing the asthma symptoms I was experiencing but overall they were good at their job, efficient, and gave me the medicine I needed!
My biggest complaint was the cleanliness and the general maintenance of the office. It felt old, messy (though not dirty in a sanitation sense!), and in disrepair.

Went in for a short check up and back in a second time for a follow up, relatively painless. The first time they were understaffed and I had to wait maybe an hour or so, the second time they seemed to be in a normal flow and I was seen in <30 minutes.

I've been 3 times now, soon approaching my 4th appointment. The staff and the doctor are nice and everything (though my 3rd time I only saw a nurse practitioner), but the reason I've been back so many times is because they don't release your results to you on the phone. Which means I have to go in even for test results, which means I have to pay a co-pay just to hear my test results. This is the first time I've ever encountered a doctor with this kind of policy.

I waited almost two hours to see someone and then the person that saw me used google to find out what I had. And then wasn't even sure about it. And muttered "oh, I hope it's not ___!" While scrolling through possible diagnosis. Unsettling and frustrating.

The office is not too clean and welcoming. Doctor is very friendly but didn't seem to really listen to what I had to say. That's the only thing, otherwise I had a nice experience. The other doctor at the practice (Dr Gut) is amazing and super caring. The staff is great too.
