Gabriel Raymond often states he majored in Athletics & Baseball while attending Santa Clara University and Sonoma State University, ultimately receiving a Bachelors of Arts in Chemistry prior to receiving a Medical Degree from Western University of Health Sciences and California Licensure as an Osteopathic Physician & Surgeon in 2005. While the learned dedication and passion for athletics allowed Dr. Raymond the ability to play baseball at a highly competitive collegiate & semi – professional level in addition to professional free agent contract offerings, he decided to focus upon the lifelong virtue of learning musculoskeletal joint, spine, sports and neurological non-surgical orthopedic medicine which is all encompassed in non-surgical interventional & orthobiologic physiatry & post-acute rehabilitative medicine.
The mantra of Osteopathy and Physiatry as a medical practice to benefit and treat the patient is quite simple and a unique value each physician within our group strives to achieve each and every day. Simply stated, the human body is unique and functioned for 1000s of years and if allowed to do so as intended via accurate, cutting edge diagnosis & treatment modalities, less is more and the human body will heal on it’s own if given the proper diagnostic and therapeutic opportunity to do so.
