The doctor seemed very knowledgeable but she was speaking about 100 wpm. My son and I felt very rushed. She would follow-up after each instruction or explanation with "anything else" meanwhile, we were still processing and gathering what she said. Her assistant was very short and again, we felt rushed. Also, even though I provided new pharmacy information, they still submitted scripts to old pharmacy.
