Dr Pezzullo Burgs is an excellent Doctor. The issue is her office staff as well as her office manager. They are rude and dismissive . In fact they are done right nasty. For those reasons it makes the office visit very uncomfortable and I am not sure I will return to the office again.

Dr. Pezzullo-Burgs is efficient and worth a visit. She is very professional, but not what I would call warm and friendly. In any case, I would recommend her as I feel the care is efficient and complete. I tend to book later in the day, which leads to longer wait times, so I recommend booking earlier in the day.

My appointment with Dr. Burgs was great. The office is gorgeous and the staff was really friendly. I was a bit nervous but they were understanding. My appointment was at the end of the day but I didn't spend more forty minutes there and it didn't feel like they were rushing me so that they could go home or anything. She listened to my concerns and was thorough with her exam. Even though she's a bit of a drive from me I will keep her as my gyno.

The staff was great, but i felt she was rushing. When i was getting my test done I was not comfortable. I feel she was a bit rough, also during the second part i also felt she didn't dedicate time in searching for abnormalities. In a nutshell, staff was great, she wasn't bad but rushed through everything making the visit not so pleasant for me. If you're looking to get in and out fast then this is the place to go for you. Personally i like to be dedicated time, especially on the first visit.

Never got my results back. Extremely hard to get hold of the doctor. In my case I never did in 3 months of trying to call. She's ether on her lunch break or not there at all. So what's the point of going to a doctor if u never gonna find out the results?!? Horrible experience.

Disappointed that the reason for my visit had to be scheduled at a later date due to a test that was needed. I would have liked to had everything done at that visit as opposed to having to schedule another visit which will result in more expense.

I saw the doctor within 10 minutes of arriving, after meeting with her assistant to review information and answer questions. The office staff was very professional and friendly. The doctor was very pleasant, thorough and put me at ease. I will definitely keep going to Dr. Pezzullo-Burgs for my annual exams.
